Using the website

We work to describe product size, color, fragrance, ingredients, use, and packaging accurately. Natural variation, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and periodic improvements can create modest differences. Review the ingredient list supplied with the item when avoiding a specific ingredient.
MX Soap products are cosmetics for external use. Product information is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
Prices and availability
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is confirmed. Availability is not guaranteed merely because a product appears on the website. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue an item.
Order requests and confirmation
The static checkout prepares an order request for you to send to MX Soap. It does not collect payment or automatically complete a sale. An electronic request is an offer to purchase, not acceptance by MX Soap.
Customer Care reviews availability, shipping details, price, and any next steps. An order is accepted only when MX Soap sends an express confirmation. We may decline or request clarification when information is incomplete, unavailable, or appears fraudulent.
Shipping and returns
Processing, U.S. delivery estimates, shipping cost, free-shipping threshold, damaged-order timing, and return eligibility are described in Shipping & Returns. Those terms apply to orders placed directly through MX Soap and form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The MX Soap name, logos, visual identity, site design, original photographs, product presentation, written content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MX Soap and protected by applicable law. Personal viewing and shopping do not transfer ownership or grant a license for commercial reuse.

External links may be provided for convenience. MX Soap does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation
